The path joining Tea Garden Lane with St Paul’s Church has now been upgraded to allow its use by weelchair and other users with with restricted mobility.

Following the Application by the Friends, the Commons have recently been designated by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council as an asset of community value (ACV). This lasts for five years and provides additional constraints against inappropriate development.
