Welcome
The Friends of Tunbridge Wells and Rusthall Commons brings together residents who have a love of the Commons. We are a Charity that works closely with the Commons Conservators for the benefit on the Commons and the Public. Please consider joining us and help support the work we do. As a member, you will help protect our Commons for future generations.
Membership includes regular newsletters, full of updates and interesting reports from the Ranger and our Natural History specialist. Periodically we arrange nature-based events for children, and for adults, members receive priority booking to our social events. You will receive a New Members pack, which includes FREE copies of Tunbridge Wells and Rusthall Commons trail maps!

News Update
The path joining Tea Garden Lane with St Paul’s Church has now been upgraded to allow its use by weelchair and other users with with restricted mobility.
Following the Application by the Friends, the Commons have recently been designated by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council as an asset of community value (ACV). This lasts for five years and provides additional constraints against inappropriate development.
